I'm Eileen, mom to two little beasties, wife, at home baker, and wine lover with champagne taste. I live on Long Island with my husband, Dan, and two boys, Sawyer (4) and Bowen (19 months). We are beach lovers and spend our summers basking in the Fire Island Sun and our Winters waiting for Summer.
